How to use the Android app step by step.

This guide explains the basic flow from choosing your route to opening a case, checking documents, and managing reminders in MY STAY VISA.

1. Start from Home

On the Home screen, first check your nationality, visa issuing country, and filing country or area. These values determine which route and step cards are shown for your case.

2. Create a new case

Tap New case, choose the visa or service item that matches your route, and open the case detail screen. The app reads the published timeline from the admin-managed Firebase data.

3. Follow the timeline

Each step card tells you where to go, what to prepare, and what to submit. If a place, document pack, or selected filing desk is published for that step, the app shows it directly.

4. Use reminders and management steps

For routes that include expiry or 90-day reminder management, the app shows reminder controls as an extra section under the published step content.

5. Track your case status

  • Open My cases to review active timelines and next due dates.
  • Use the case detail page to check place guidance and required documents.
  • If something looks wrong, confirm the published route first or contact support.
