How to request account deletion.

This page explains how MY STAY VISA users can request account deletion and what information may still be retained after deletion.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@mystayvisa.com from the email address linked to your MY STAY VISA account. Use a subject such as Account deletion request and include:

  • Your account email address
  • Your case ID if available
  • A short request asking for account deletion

Processing timeline

Verified deletion requests are reviewed through the support channel. Requests are normally processed within a reasonable business period after identity confirmation.

What is deleted

  • Account profile and sign-in access
  • User-owned case records where deletion is legally and operationally allowed
  • Associated uploaded files when deletion is permitted

What may be retained

  • Records required for legal compliance or dispute resolution
  • Logs required for security and fraud prevention
  • Documents that must be retained by law or contract
