削除依頼の方法

Send an email to mystayvisa@gmail.com from the email address linked to your MY STAY VISA account. Use a subject such as Account deletion request and include:

Account deletion email: mystayvisa@gmail.com

Your account email address
Your case ID if available
A short request asking for account deletion

処理期間

Verified deletion requests are reviewed through the support channel. Requests are normally processed within a reasonable business period after identity confirmation.

Account profile and sign-in access
User-owned case records where deletion is legally and operationally allowed
Associated uploaded files when deletion is permitted

保持される可能性があるもの

Records required for legal compliance or dispute resolution
Logs required for security and fraud prevention
Documents that must be retained by law or contract
